PROJECT Description
The scope of the contract includes the demolition of the existing main block and its reconstruction for use as a mixed development with a retail podium and serviced residence.
The adjoining annex block will undergo major refurbishment to include retail and parking facilities and also a rooftop commercial-cum-culture space.

The architectural works sub-contract for Tanah Merah Station involves the upgrading of the headway and conversion of two of the existing platforms to the TEL system. A new elevated six-car island platform will also be constructed. Other additional alteration works include the upgrading of the public toilets and family facilities.
The project is expected to be completed in 2024.
Addition and alteration works to St James Power Station, a national monument gazetted in 2009.
The scope of the project includes conservation works, introduction of new passenger and service lifts, replacement of surface parking lots with landscaping and roofing works.
The project is expected to be completed in 2020.
Highway 407 East Phase 2

Project Overview
Extend Highway 407 about 22 kilometres from Harmony Road in Oshawa to Highway 35/115 in Clarington; connect Highways 401 and 407 East with a 10-kilometre Highway 418 that will serve as a north-south freeway; provide eight new interchanges, including three freeway-to-freeway connections to Highway 407 East and Highway 401 from Highway 418 and Highway 35/115.
The Highway 407 East Phase 2 will be a toll road and owned by the Ontario government.

Project Overview
Turcot interchange is a hub for road traffic in Montréal area interconnecting highways 15, 20 and 720 in addition of facilitating access to the Champlain Bridge. It is also an essential road link between Montreal-Pierre-Elliott Trudeau international airport and downtown Montréal and has a traffic volume of more than 300 000 vehicles per day. The Turcot Project includes the reconstruction of Angrignon, De La Vérendrye and Montréal-Ouest interchanges, and adjacent sections of highways 15, 20 and 720
The objective of this design-build project is to build a complex of interchanges and highways connected to the existing road network, capable of providing users with a high level of road safety, service and comfort while maximizing the infrastructure’s lifespan.
The project includes:
Rebuilding four major interchanges and sections of three highways;
Moving a section of highway and railway to allow for future development of the Turcot Yard;
Adding dedicated lanes for modal transport (bus and taxi);
Significantly reducing the number of structures;
Improving the geometry of the road layout;
Re-establishing conventional east-west traffic flow on the A-20;
Building new links to the local road network;
Adding bike paths.

The full construction of the tunnel includes the removal of 2.1 million cubic meters of rock and fill and the placement of a concrete tunnel lining totalling 400,000 cubic meters of concrete. Included in the design and construction at the upstream end of the tunnel in the Niagara River is a circular cell cofferdam, a concrete acceleration wall, a concrete pier extension, and an ice deflection groyne.
Included in the design and construction at the downstream end of the tunnel in the Pump Generating Station Channel (PGS) is the removal of the rock plug underwater and the demolition and removal of the PGS Structure. Also included in the design and construction are two concrete structures at the inlet and outlet of the tunnel totalling over 10,000 cubic meters of concrete.
